  • Hey there, @zelasco! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

    Thanks for the screenshots.

From the screenshots I’m not able to see which address you used on the checkout test, nor can I see what shipping zones are added.

So, since the website automatically fills the Region field with Buenos Aires, I used a Buenos Aires zipcode to test it and the free shipping showed on my end. I even used the same product as you.

Can you please confirm if the address you used is set up on the shipping zone?

Can you please try a different browser to check if it works?

Please let us know how it goes ??

    Have a wonderful day!

Apparently there is a conflict with the plugin “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce“, I have now deactivated it and based on the tests I did, it is working correctly. Can you recommend a free plugin to edit the checkout fields?

    Hello zelasco

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you confirm if you still have the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin installed?

As you have already identified this plugin is causing a conflict and breaking the Checkout page.
Therefore, I suggest disabling this plugin and checking if the error still occurs.

Have you looked at our Checkout Field Editor plugin?
Please let me know if you have any questions. ??

    Have a great day!

    Best regards.

Hi, We are not using “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” anymore

The problem is that sporadically, some areas stop showing free shipping

If you try now: Zone: Sudamerica, Argentina, Buenos Aires – any of this Zip codes:

    1765
    1757
    1755
    1758
    1759
    1714
    1716
    1718
    1722
    1713
    1715
    1742
    1743
    1744
    1745
    1686
    1736

You will not see the free Shipping on +$70000

And if I edit again the free shipping parameter and saved again, will works

    Hello zelasco

    Thank you for your reply.

I tried multiple combinations with the zip codes and addresses you shared.
Every time, I see a shipping cost.

For better understanding, could you input the data that caused the error?
Once that happens share a full-page screenshot with me so I can compare that with my tests.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
