Menu cart and sidebar cart urls always in the default language

Hi,

I am developing the website from the link below and I use the Woostify theme in combination with the Polylang plugin. Every link works great except the menu cart icon and the sidebar cart links. When changing language (from Greek to English or from English to Greek) the link in the menu cart icon and the sidebar cart stay always in the default language (Greek). The English links do work and are directly accessible and usable. Same thing for the checkout.

• Greek: /cart/, English: /en/cart-en/
• Greek: /checkout/, English: /en/checkout-en/

I know this is most likely a Polylang thing and that Woostify does not guarantee compatibility with every plugin out there, but I ask for guidance towards a link or a script I could use so I can figure this out. I just need to pass the correct language url on the cart link when changing language (from English to Greek).
