Don’t have the function: Appearance > Editor

I am trying to follow the instructions on https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/26922347702939#h_01J1FFYXRRSR45ACAKVXCNQB91 to install Klaviyo Reviews. I am stuck where I do not have the options to click on:

Add Klaviyo Reviews plugins

1. Navigate to Appearance > Editor. 
2. Select Templates.
