    Hi All,

I’m new to WordPress. At the top my home page is a primary menu that works fine in desktop mode but in mobile or tablet, where the hamburger icon shows up, it is unclickable. It is set as a transparent header, not sure why or how to turn that off. Set to enable on desktop + mobile. Would be very grateful for any assistance!!!

    Thanks.

Thru tons of trial and ERROR I have made the mobile menu clickable as a flyout menu. That now works on all pages. The problem is that when the flyout opens, it is entirely blank except for the X–closure button.

All the menu ite3ms show up and work on the desktop menu. As always, help would be greatly appreciated…by me and my client!!

    Thanks so much

    Hi @jonalb,

I can see the Mobile Menu has menu items and is not blank. Refer to this screenshot, please.

Have you managed to fix it or is it me missing something?

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hello,

I didn’t want to open an identical topic, but this is also my problem.

The mobile menu is clickable on the *preview* but not on the actual devices. I tried an iPhone with Brave, Chrome, and Safari browsers, the same with iPad. The button is visible, but unclickable. Sometimes, after I tried a few times, the button actually disappears (!)

While using ‘customise’ in the theme panel it shows up, which makes it very difficult for me to figure out what the problem is.

The solution that worked for me:

    1. Disable the LiteCache > Page Optimisation > CSS Combine External and Inline setting
    2. Purge all caches (hover over the icon in top dashboard menu, choose Purge All)

    Hi @bjornlarssen,

Good to know you have solved it.

Since you are using LiteSpeed Cache plugin, you can also refer to this thread.

Well, if you need further help, as per the forum guidelines, please start your own topic. You are welcome to cross-link it to this thread, so we are aware of both.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
