help to edit CODE to be able to show links in posts in archive pages

Hi!
I need some help, the issue lies here: https://www.quakefitness.com/category/links/

All the posts have links (the READ MORE is the link) but to be able to click on them you have to open the post but i want the link to be clickable in the archive pages!
I got this working before using another theme but since i changed the theme today i cant find where in the code i should change to make it work.

Appreciate if somebody can check the code below (archive.php)and help me out.
