As you see from my post, on my site, I have a coffee mug. The coffee mug has 2 options (15oz. and 11oz.) These are not only priced differently, but the shipping cost is different. The original calculation works fine, but when I change the option and re-calculate, the shipping price does not change based on the new option. I have removed the calculator for now as I do not want my customers to think that they are getting one price and at checkout see another. This shipping charge is integrated with Printify and works great at checkout. Your plugin is great and could definitely benefit many sites. Let me know if you would like to turn back on your plugin so you can see what I am speaking of. Thank you!

Hi @kcoleman, first of all – thanks for the feedback.

Do I understand correctly that you would expect the shipping cost to be automatically recalculated after changing the product variant?

What happens if you manually recalculate shipping using the calculation button from our plugin, is the shipping cost then correct?

Currently, when changing the variant or quantity, the cost does not automatically recalculate every time, but with manual recalculation, should be displayed correctly. I would like to verify which of these cases you are describing.

    Best regards,

I have re-enabled the plugin to show you an example. If you go to https://www.igpmetals.com/product/custom-franklin-half-dollar-ceramic-mug/ you will see option for a 15oz. Mug or and 11oz. mug. If I calculate shipping on the 15oz. mug, should be 9.69 and then change the option to 11oz. mug shipping and recalculate shipping, it does not change to the 6.89 it should be. The cart seems to get it right every time though. This is most like due to a full refresh. If you don’t mind, play around with it and let me know what you thin. Thanks,

    Kevin

Hi Kevin, thank you for re-enabling the plugin. It looks like a different issue than I assumed.

I see the calculation error you are reporting, I suspect it may have something to do with Printify’s shipping calculation. Could you please write to us via the contact form on the website: https://octolize.com/support/. This will allow us to get more details, which will not be possible on this forum. You can use the Pre-sale question as an option in the form and refer to this thread.

    Best regards,
    Tomek
