Forminator Forms Conditional Logic Malfunction
-
Hello Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with Forminator Forms on our website. The problem started suddenly last Thursday and affects the conditional logic functionality of our booking forms.
Issue details:
- Our booking forms are set up with conditional logic to show fields in a specific order.
- The date field is supposed to be selected before other form fields become visible.
- This conditional logic is no longer working as intended.
- Fields that should remain hidden until a date is selected (such as the “Total Number of People.?*, Your Name as the Main Contact.?*” fields) are now visible by default.
Current behavior: Some form fields are visible from the start, regardless of whether a date has been selected or not.
Expected behavior: Only the date field should be visible initially. Other fields should appear only after a date is selected.
An example of how the form should look and function can be seen here: [https://lspr-education.com/picture-research-course/]
This issue is affecting multiple forms on our website, and manually editing each one to restore the correct behavior would be extremely time-consuming.
Questions:
- What could be causing this sudden malfunction in the conditional logic?
- Are there any known issues or recent updates that might have affected Forminator Forms’ conditional logic?
- Is there a way to resolve this issue without having to edit each form individually?
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. This is significantly impacting our booking process and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
Thank you for your help.
