    We are currently using version 2.5 of the plugin. However, when attempting to update to the newer version, we encounter an issue where all popups lose their design. The applied CSS on the popups is no longer functioning after updating the plugin to the latest version.

    You are using the old version and have modified any functionality to the old plugin version 2.5… can you tell me which functionality you changed in version 2.5… and which CSS added on plugin version 2.5…

    Thanks for quick reply.

    We did not do anything in the plugin, we have written css in our theme for popup and after update the plugin that css is not working. Might be plugin has changed popup structure.
