Thank you for your time and reviewing our plugin. However, there is a misunderstanding.

ShopMagic FREE does support custom order statuses (as well as custom placeholders, filters and events). It is clearly written in our documentation.

Would you please reconsider your rating? You can create a support thread if you have questions regarding this feature. Still – it is possible in free plugin version. I just double-checked it.
