Gallery not displaying

    I have been using Gallery for about a year and it worked well. Today I noticed that none of the galleries were displaying. There is a circular loading icon on the page showing it is trying to load, but it does not load.

    When I go into the WP editor and do a preview, the gallery loads fine. Doing an update does not change the live page.

    I am using Desktop with Chrome. I have the same problem in Edge on this device and in incognito mode. Deleting all cache did not fix the problem.

    Trying a tablet using Firefox – the gallery loaded after a delay.

    Trying it on a different laptop it did not work in Edge or Firefox.

    Trying it on a phone – it did not display.

    Hello @robertpavlis ,

    What you are referring to seems to be an issue with an optimizing/caching plugin.
    Usually when something is working when checked as logged in user/preview but not working on the live website, it means something is affecting it on the front end which is usually some sort of optimization plugin.
    Please try to check the galleries with such plugin(s) disabled and see if they load properly.

    I checked all my plugins, and it seems that Perfmatters is causing the issue. It was added by BigScoots, my host so will check with them.

    The odd thing is that when I select “details” in the wordpress plugin setup, it comes back saying the plugin can’t be found? When I try to add a new plugin and search for it, wordpress does not list it.
