Contact form plugin with delayed autoresonder

  • Hello, I am looking for a contact form plugin where you can set a delay on the autoresponse e-mail. Normally, the autoresponse mail will be sent immediately after submitting a form. I am looking for a plugin where you can change this so that the autoresponse mail will be sent to the person who submitted the form after maybe an hour.

    I thusfar have checked Contact form 7 and WPforms and both don’t have this function. I’d like to hear if anyone knows any plugins that do have it.

  • In my opinion, this is a very unusual approach. So I’m afraid you won’t find a ready-made solution. You could certainly implement this as an individual solution, i.e. a request is stored in the database and a script then checks for new entries every X minutes and only then sends out a notification.
