What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I’m using Enfold as theme and the plugins: Akismet, all-in-one wp migration, classic editor, duplicate page, honeypot for contact form 7, loginizer, really simple ssl, salt shaker, wordfence security, WP mail smtp, wp supercache, wp optimize, yoast seo.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet, Classic Editor, Really Simple SSL, Wordfence Security, WP Mail SMTP and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Thank you for thinking with me. I’ve got it solved, it was an space between an id and class which causes the behaviour.
