Impossible! Every theme is different. Ideally, if you have a question about a theme on your site, provide a url so we can at least check the theme on your site.

There are thousands of WordPress themes – which means that many people won’t be familiar with your particular theme. So a link to your site where people can see the theme would help.

You want the comment form before the list of comments?

Yes, I want the “write a review” form to be placed before the comments because when I will have 100 comments or more, the “write a review form” will be lost at the bottom of 100 comments.

You can add a link to the comment form just before the comment list, you know. Add:

<?php if ('open' == $post->comment_status) : ?><p><a href="#respond">Write a Review</a></p><?php endif;?>

just before <?php wp_list_comments(); ?> in your theme’s comments.php file.

Appearance->Menu

Ensure that you select the DirectoryPress theme. Then look for, and edit, comments.php.
