Can’t access wp-login.php (Multisite)

    I have a Multi Site installation of WordPress. 16 sites in it (main site + 15 sites).

    Hostgator, shared server, plan “M”.

    All the other sites work well.

    For some reason, this domain redirect in loop for several times than shows this message:

    “Not Acceptable! An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

    All the front-end of the domains work fine.

    The only thing that is not working is FORNALI.COM.BR , specifically at wp-login.php .

    You can try GELATIERI.COM.BR . This one works fine. Same installation. Same WP Multi.

    Any help will be greatly appeciated.

    Hello @angelomarzolla and thanks for opening a support topic with us. I can see the redirect loop you are referring to when visiting https://www.fornali.com.br/wp-login.php. I’d be happy to help look into this further for you. Please could you share the following:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.
    2. Did you install Site Kit at the network level or have you installed it individually and site by site?
    3. Have you changed your wp-admin or wp-login pages for this site at any time?

    Once you have shared the above information I can review and help suggest some next steps to take here. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

    Hi Adam.

    1- Just sent Site Health Info with the form.

    2- I never installed Site Kit.

    3- I never changed wp-admin or wp-login .

    @angelomarzolla Thanks for sharing the information but I see you say you haven’t installed the Site Kit plugin on your site. You have opened your support topic here in the Google Site Kit forum. We are limited to support for the Site Kit plugin here.
