I am trying to use this plug-in with a product that has two variations, both of which are bundles. It doesn’t appear to prevent customers from ordering one of each variation. Should it, or is this behavior as expected?

  • What is the product type?

    “Variable” or something else?

Product type is variable. Both variations are bundles.

To allow the customer to buy just one unit, either variation A or variation B, you need to set:

    • Main product, Inventory, activate “Sold individually” and then “Apply “Sold individually” to variations”
    • On the variations make sure “Sold individually” is not activated

This works for regular variable products, but if it doesn’t, then maybe it has something to do with the bundles and we would have to investigate further to implement support to whatever plugin you’re using to create bundles.

Settings confirmed. The Bundle software I’m using is:

Only leave the plugin names and link to each plugin, please.

We need to investigate and develop support for these plugins, one of them is premium, which is out of our support policy. If you are interested in sponsoring this development, please contact us to info @ webdados .pt and refer to this ticket.

Apologies for the ambiguity. I meant I’m done exploring this solution, I will pursue another course of action.

    All good. Thanks!
