    Hemos visto que entran una serie de pedidos con origen desconocido y nos gustaría saber la causa o el motivo por el que no se atribuye a ninguna fuente.

    Hi @ocampos888 ,

    I understand that you’re seeing a number of orders coming in from “unknown” sources. Allow me to provide some clarification.

    It seems likely that you are referring to the new referral origin column in WooCommerce. This feature is an internal function of WooCommerce and is not directly related to the Pixel Manager.

    With this, I recommend seeking out direct support from WooCommerce.

    That said, the pro version of the Pixel Manager can connect to GA4 to retrieve data-driven source attribution, which is the modern and more accurate way of doing this.
