Additional Fields are not shown in the email

  • In my country, we use the Brazilian Market on WooCommerce plugin a lot. This plugin adds additional automatic fields for CPF (Personal Data) and CNPJ (Legal or Business Data) and Company Name.

    However, when I test emails to the consumer and the site administrator, it does not return these fields to me. I tried to enable WC Hooks but was unsuccessful.

    How can I make the Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce plugin fetch this data and show it to the customer?

    The email content of 3rd plugins may be displayed on our email templates in one of 3 ways: WC hook, shortcode; creating new email types of the 3rd plugin or through the default email template.

    We are not sure how the information of the Brazilian Market on WooCommerce plugin appears, does it add the content into WooCommerce emails, or create new email types?
