Refund a customer

    Hello,

    I would like to know if to make a refund it is possible to go directly through the “Refund” button below the details of the customer’s order on Woocommerce or if it is absolutely necessary to go through Stripe?

    Hi @jj34ls

    Yes, it’s recommended that you use the Refund via “Gateway name” button on the order details page within WooCommerce. It’s not necessary to login to stripe.com to process a refund.
