How to Change Post URLs to Folder Like Structure

  • I want to change few (100+) wordpress post urls to folder like structure.

    Current URL: /10-ai-tools-to-accelerate-your-workflow/
    Desired New URL: /new-name/10-ai-tools-to-accelerate-your-workflow/

    please let me know if there is any way I can do this without disturbing other post URLs.

    If you post were instead a page and you made it a child of “new-name” page, you would get the URL you desire.

    Or, if “new-name” were unique in that it’s not a taxonomy or page name; you could create a custom rewrite rule that matches any initial “new-name” in an URL and rewrites the request as a proper URL query string, such an URL will work as you desire.
