As always I update the latest version of Blocksy theme, but this time my website became uncontrolled after update. And it dosn’t show as how the Customize Page shows.

    1. If I turn on the Card reveal effect, all articles will show up for one second on my Homepage, then all disappeared later and leaves a blank Homepage. Now I have to turn off this function so that people could see a normal homepage.(but I really want the card reveal function back)
    2. My header bar isn’t functioning now. Not only I couldn’t see any small folders under different subject, but also couldn’t use the Search function to search keywords of my site.
    3. The Back To Top button disappeared also, but I do turn on this function and it does show up in the Customize page.

This situation has been continued for more than two weeks. I tried to do some adjust on the Customized page and everything shows up normally over there. But nothing improved on my real site.

What can I do wih it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @whereissasa

I have looked at the site and noticed a caching/optimisation solution installed. This might affect how things work if it’s not configured correctly or if it hasn’t had its cache emptied after a major update.

Can you please get this solution fully disabled so that we could rule out a bad cache?

    Thanks.

I disabled the caching plugin now.

    Hello @whereissasa

There is still some kind of optimisation service that’s processing all CSS and JS files. Try looking for the Jetpack plugins and deactivating their optimisation routines.

We need to see the site unmodified/unprocessed in order to advise. ??

    Thanks!

After I deactivated Jetpack plugin, my site works normally now.

    Hello @whereissasa

That would confirm that the caching system may be malfunctioning. It may be recommended to try and clear the cache, or temporarily disable the caching system while you’re working on the site.

That should give you more consistent results.

    Hope this clears things up!

    Thanks.
