• Hello I would like to know how to set the tickets to stay in the same language as they were created.

    Example :

    I am creating ticket in German and the email comes to me in German, but when a reply is added from the admin panel the second reply is in English. What are the settings the tickets email to stay in the language of their creation ?

    Hello there,

    Whenever you are submitting the reply from the backend or admin panel, please make sure you have selected the required site language. The reply will be added in the same language which you have chosen.

    You can choose the language from the admin bar at the top of the page.

    Hello,

    You can choose default language in your translation plugin. So whenever you want to send reply in other language you need to choose that language.

    Hi again … I am still having problem sending the reply in a language that is different from english. When i change the administration language and reply to the ticket the ticket reply is sent in english.

    What can cause this problem ?
