No emails No Waitlist Free Version

Hi there,
We have installed the free version and emails are not being sent when a product comes back into stock. I checked with support and was informed by customer service “I confirm the free version sends the email when the product is back in stock.”
I have checked the settings and emails are activated.
We do not have the option ‘Waitlist’ on our products, not sure if this manually send feature is for free version.
Can someone advice?
