• Hi there,

    We have installed the free version and emails are not being sent when a product comes back into stock. I checked with support and was informed by customer service “I confirm the free version sends the email when the product is back in stock.”

    I have checked the settings and emails are activated.

    We do not have the option ‘Waitlist’ on our products, not sure if this manually send feature is for free version.

    Can someone advice?

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    It’s strange that the email is not send. Before to put the product in stock, you’ll need to send the email from the metabox.

    Could you make a test and send the email from the product edit page? In this way, you can check if the emails are send.

    Thank you for your reply. There is no ‘Waitlist’ option/ Yith meta box when editing products, so we can’t send manually.

    Is there any other recommendations or advice?

    Hello there!

    The waitlist meta box should appear on the side of the product edit page (when someone is added to the waitlist), could you please make a test adding yourself to a product’s waitlist and check if the option appears in that product edit page?

    Anche io ho lo stesso problema, nella casella sul lato della pagina prodotto, clicco sull’icona a forma di busta, mi esce l’avviso di “mail inviata correttamente” ma (come utente) non ricevo nulla.
