Can someone please help me with the embedded checkout URL and subdomain?

    I’m having trouble with BigCommerce plugin and the embedded checkout URL and subdomain. I’m also having a lot of issues with contacting support. Please see the video below. I outline each issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I wanted to check if you still need assistance with your issue. I found a support case where you mentioned that you are no longer using the product. However, I’m here to help if there’s anything else you need.

    I noticed that the subdomain checkout.testdomainhero.com, as shown in your video, is no longer assigned to a BigCommerce store, so I couldn’t replicate the embedded checkout issue. If you are interested in revisiting this matter, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist with further troubleshooting.
