• Hi,

    first of all, thank you for your great work. My problem is that I can send invoices, but I can’t send receipts.
    Specifically, I noticed that I can automatically generate and send PDF invoices when I select “Order Complete,” but I can’t automatically generate or send PDF receipts. Even though I can manually create a PDF receipt, I am still unable to send it.
    I have enabled the checkbox and chosen to send both invoices and receipts when the order is marked as complete.

    Is this the normal behavior, and do I need to buy the pro version to use the receipt feature, or is there an actual problem?

    How are you creating these receipts? Are they a custom document you created or another document from a third party plugin? Or is it the receipt document from our Professional extension? If this last case is true, you can send us an email at support@wpovernight.com, as we cannot support paid plugins on the forums

    Invoices are automatically generated when the order is complete, using only the free version of your plugin. I assumed that I could do the same thing with receipts, couldn’t I? ?Do I need to buy the professional extension to use the receipt feature?

    You can do so with receipts, yes, but the receipt document is only available in the Professional extension. If you’d want to learn more about it, please email us at support@wpovernight.com
