Error 500- somebody please help

For over 10 days now we’ve been receiving Internal Server Error when updating a post and sometimes when adding a new post.
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request…Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache Server at expertbeauty.com Port 80″We are a business and haven’t been able to make any changes to the site – the host, GoDaddy, cannot identify the problem. My developers cannot identify the problem. The forums say to deactivate plugins -i’ve deactivated the bigger ones but nothing has changed. The error has been logged with the host comp but nothing has come back.
No one seems to have the answer, I’m the web editor and at a critical point. Please can someone help???
