I got Accept Stripe Payments Plugin, Stripe Payments Subscriptions, Stripe Payments Integration addon, and Affiliate Manager Plugin installed and active.

Made test purchases using the affiliate link. The visits are attributed to the affiliate but the purchases are not.

I turned on the debug mode, but the logs/index.html is blank.

Does this work with Stripe Payments ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

What did you do to carry out the test purchase? Can you provide a step by step action you took.

I turned on the debug mode, but the logs/index.html is blank.

Did you enable debug mode before you carried out the test purchase or after the test purchase?

Does this work with Stripe Payments ?

Yes it does as per the following documentation.

I put the strip account in test mode. I turned off the live mode in stripe payments settings and then made the purchases for the test plan using stripe test credit card 4242… ( that’s how I test stripe subscriptions before I go live)

    certainly before

Since you want to test the affiliate plugin’s process. Can you put your account to live mode then carry out a test. Test mode works differently to live mode. Also keep the debug mode active. Report back with any findings.

    Kind regards.

Hi, I did a live mode subscription purchase with debug mode on.

The link visit was attributed to the affiliate, but the commission was not assigned to the affiliate.

The index.html file under affiliate-home/logs is empty.

    What could be the reason?

Try the following steps. Deactivate and delete the plugin. Then install and activate a fresh copy. Then carry out a test. If this does not help, try the following troubleshooting steps. Sometimes a plugin and or your theme might be conflicting with our plugin.

Let me know how you go.

    Thanks for the help.

I figured out where the issue was. The Stripe Payments Integration Addon that your website links to (below) does not work with newer versions of Stripe Payments Plugin:

    https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/affiliates-manager-stripe-payments-integration/

Instead, I used a copy of Stripe Payments Integration Addon offered by Stripe Payments website (below), and it worked (even though the download page says it’s not tested for 3 major releases) :

This addon is the same addon as the one you say it works. Both URLs link to the same addon. What happened in your case is what I suspected. Sometimes plugins or addons become corrupted for various reasons. That is why I mentioned above to disable and delete the plugin. I should have also mentioned the addon as well, my apologies.

I am glad the issue is resolved ??

    Kind regards.
