Calendar that will allow logged in users to create events

    I thought this would be simpler to find but it doesn’t seem to be.

    I’m looking for a free calendar plug-in. I just need three basic things:

    1. A calendar page showing the month
    2. A widget on the WordPress home page showing upcoming events, preferably in a column on the right of the page
    3. Allow users who are logged in authors/editors/etc to be able to create one-off and recurring events.

    I don’t seem to be able to find a plug-in that is able to do those, what I thought were simple, things. What am I missing?
