    Hello Support Team,

I recently activated the ProfileGrid – User Profiles, Groups and Communities plugin on my website. However, I encountered a significant issue upon activation: it automatically replaced all users’ profile pictures with a default green “person” icon.

In the meantime I have deactivated the plugin from causing confusion and inconvenience within our community. We highly value the personalized profile pictures as they help in user recognition and engagement along with the other neat features that come with the plugin.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Is there a way to restore the original avatars without requiring each user to re-upload their profile picture? Any guidance or support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,

Thank you for reaching out to us,

Please check this after enabling the “Enable Gravatar” option from “User Profiles >> Global Settings >> General” in the dashboard.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you still face any issues.

    Hello @profilegrid0 ,

Thank you for your prompt response.

I’ve enabled the “Enable Gravatar” option from “User Profiles >> Global Settings >> General” in the dashboard as you suggested. It works. Thank you!

    Best Regards,
