Error with the official Stripe plugin and Funnelkit

    I have Funnel Kit with the checkout installed, and when using the official Stripe module, I get the error: ‘There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges on your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again.’ However, when I use the Funnel Kit Stripe Gateway plugin, there is no error, but it requires secure user authentication, which the official module does not require for low-value payments. This results in very low successful payment rates. Is there any solution? Thank you very much.

  • Same issue, but only happening with Pay Later options like Klarna, Afterpay etc..

    Thanks for using the Funnelkit Builder and for reaching out to us.

    It seems there could be some fatal error in this site.

    Please follow these steps.

    Step 1:  Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    Step 2:  Open the Fatal Error of the date of the error when it was triggered https://i.imgur.com/w11nigN.png

    Step 3:?If you find a Fatal error for the day.? Please copy and send us the logs.

    Most probably, this same error should be trigger while using the native WooCommerce Checkout page to the theme.

    Happy to review the logs and guide you further.
