• Normally all our events are only available to society members.

    However, one event is going to be available for the public, and for this, we want to capture the registrant name and email address.

    In the ‘Events Manager’ settings I have set:

    • Show login form to ‘No’
    • Set Activating No-User Bookings to ‘Yes’

    For the event I have set up a ‘public events’ form that captures: registrant name and email address only.

    When the event page is displayed, when the user clicks on the ‘book now’ button – nothing happens.

    Any suggestions?

    In Events Settings in the Booking tab under General Options, you need to set “Allow guest bookings” to Yes.
