    I have added the SMS Phone field to the form and users can submit the optional field empty or populated and always get a success message. However the SMS phone number is not populated for either new or existing accounts. Is this a premium feature? I am using MC4WP version 4.9.13 and WP version 6.3.5.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @janecky7,
    Can you please check and confirm if the sms field name matches the field name in MailChimp? Also, did you add this field using the buttons above the form editing screen?

    Yes, they match. Here is the one from your form:

    <input type="smsphone" name="SMSPHONE" placeholder="Your cell number (optional)"><br/>

    And here is the one from an embedded form from MC:

    <input type="text" name="SMSPHONE" class="REQ_CSS" id="mce-SMSPHONE" value="" style="border: none;">

    I did pull the field from the buttons above the form. The type attribute is different but changing it to text doesn’t help.

    Did you add this field with the button(s) above the form code builder in the plugin, or did you copy it from somewhere else?

    If you got it from somewhere else, please use the button above the form to insert it.
    If the field is not there yet in the form builder buttons, go to MC4P > Mailchimp and click “Renew Mailchimp Lists”.

    If the field is added via the button above the form builder and it’s (still) not working, it might have to do with the formatting of the number. Mailchimp has pretty strict validation on some fields, so if you use a specific field type in Mailchimp (such as mobile number) it may require a specific format, such as a full international number with country code.

    Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!
