    Hi there,

    I have successfully challenged multiple disputes in the past on my store. Now when trying to challenge a dispute, I receive the following error:

    I am not sure how to fix this and am unable to find any other people who have experienced the same issue.

    To receive support for the WooPayments Payment Gateway, or your WooPayments Account, please visit https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/ , as we’re unable to share any Account Details publicly. ??

    However, we have isolated an issue with WooPayments 7.8.0 which is preventing some Merchants from responding to disputes; our Engineers are working on this issue as we speak, but we’re advising that Merchants roll back the WooPayments version to 7.7.0 if you’re unable to respond to a dispute.

    Please remember to select WooPayments 7.7.0 in the drop-down. ??

    Hi @cjgeh824 thank you for your helpful response! I am going to try and downgrade the plugin to version 7.7.0 and see if this resolves the issue. It’s good to hear that other people are reporting issues and that it’s not just me.
