• Hi there,

The plugin does not seem to work properly while selecting “Yes” with the option “show the variation form in the sticky add to cart bar”

If a client select a variation in the main page form, it does not sync with the sticky add to cart bar and if the client then click on add to cart on the sticky add to cart bar, the client get an error on a pop up window “please select a variation”.

Before reporting this, I have deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and Sticky Add to cart, and used a native wordpress theme. And the error is still there. This is why I think it might be a bug from the plugin.

    Exemple here :
    https://test4.premiersmoments.com/produit/body-bebe-manches-longues-coton-bio

If you choose a color and a size on the main page, this does not reflect to the sticky add to cart bar (except on thumbnail). If you click then on add to cart on the sticky add to cart bar, you get 3 consecutives error messages popups.

Thank you for your help !

    Hi @dydadou ,

I have consulted your case with one of our developers. He said that probably the Sticky Add to Cart plugin cannot work with the current variation swatches interface you are using on your site.

You might want to check it again by deactivate the swatches and use the default drop-down interface. You should check it with a WooCommerce specialized theme such as our WPC themes or Storefront to be sure.

You can check this on our live demo here: https://demo.wpclever.net/wpcsb/product/hoodie/. After the recent update, the variation selector is still working properly.

    Best regards.

    Hi @janilyn409

As mentionned in my very first post, before reporting this, I have deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and Sticky Add to cart, and used a native wordpress theme. And the error is still there.

The live demo link you provided does not show the error because in your case, the plugin setting “Use variations form for variable products” is not set to yes.

You can see the issue there : https://www.loom.com/share/a93a9072d0ee4321873bbd3c8d0af52a?sid=e1954370-5fb0-4612-8a7e-140edff8b4ba

I tried with twenty twenty four theme AND storefront too. Same issue.

I’m sure your devlopers will replicate the issue from their side.

Thank you for your help !

    Regards

    Hi @dydadou ,

    Thanks for the extra details.

I have watched your video and was able to reproduce this issue. The result was a bit different from my end here when using our WPCstore theme and WPC plugins.

I will report this to our developers again and make sure they consider this in the coming update of this plugin.

    Best regards.
