SOLVED: Installing an SMTP and removing and reissuing the reCAPTCHA keys, and it’s working again.

This link recommends the use of an SMTP plugin. We’ve installed one, and the test mail is working, but contact form 7 is still showing the same error. Contact form 7 is working normally on all of our other websites, currently.
