Backup frequency and remote backup

    Hello, where do we choose the backup frequency? or is there a remote backup option like SFTP, google drive? I just installed the plugin and a backup has been completed but I don’t know where the backup files are stored. Where are spares kept?

    Hello!

    We currently do not have an option to choose backup frequency. Based on your plan, we have different backup frequencies like 24 hours, 12 hours, 6 hours and 1 hour.

    The backups are stored on our servers and nothing is stored on your website. We store copies of the backups on different servers as another layer of safety.

    So I can’t connect my own storage server, right? (blackblaze, google drive etc.)

    Also, how many GB is your own backup storage limited to?

    Hey,

    You would not be able to connect your own storage server. You can download the backups & store them as you’d like though.

    We do not have a limit per se but we do look at fair usage until 100GB. For sites above 100GB, we take a look at the sites and data to see if you’d need to be on a custom backup plan.
