Create limited Admin access for Roles

We use MemberPress on our website to manage member sign-ups and subscriptions.
Currently, we have a couple of “managers” that have full admin rights in order to carry out their duties. This is not desirable as they only need to access the MemberPress plugin areas.
We are using Capabilities Pro but have not figured out how to provide Admin access to the MemberPress areas, while restricting access to other Admin areas, for these specific Roles.
Although PublishPress has some great documentation, we seem to fail to understand some basic concepts.
Any assistance and/or direction would be appreciated.
