Pls Help! My entire site has disappeared

Ive spent a couple of weeks setting up a wordpress site. Got pretty close to completion, then last night I installed another theme. I activated the theme, had a look at some pages, then went to bed.
Tomorrow I went to my URL to have a look at the site, and all I can see is this:

No idea what happened. The site was working fine last night. Don’t understand why its dead. How can I get it running again?
