    If anyone needs a refund, if they want to cancel a subscription then contact developer on their site or via email if you have it. Do not ask for that here on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales, refund or cancellation topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    @tillkruess That conversation must not happen here. I have archived a few topics like that already.
