    Hello wonderful people,

I was trying the free version and it’s really good. Will most likely buy it.

One question though: how can I use the block editor for the listing details instead of the classic editor?

Is that possible? Or in the pipeline? Thank you for your response.

    Hello,

GD’s custom fields system is the best way to add your listing data. GD doesn’t store data from builders, it is for managing field data.

You use a builder on the templates, instead. Some advanced builders allow you to make a template for any single listing – Elementor Pro allows that, for example. Some block editors might allow that in the future.

Some builders will also let you insert templates with shortcodes – you can do that in the post_content field.

    Hello Alex,

thank you for that information. I am already designing the template with Generateblocks which works perfectly.

I’m just looking if it is possible to also use the block editor in single listings to style and place the content instead of the classic editor. Because sometimes I might want to deviate from my template and put something additional in the post content.

But maybe I just misunderstood you. Would you please follow up on my question to clarify, please? Thank you so much.

Yes, GD doesn’t allow/support builders in the listing post_content field.
