order received page missing content

Hello,
lately I’ve noticed, that the order received page was causing a 404 error on our website https://mb-zwo.de. After I noticed, I created the https://mb-zwo.de/order-received/ page manually with elementor widgets and typed in the correct permalink in the woocommerce settings. The problem we have now is, that the purchase summary widget shows no content. Only the manual text I added is showing on the actual order-received page. In the elementor editor of the page, you can see the order summary though.

thanks for the reply. I switched to the storefront theme and disabled the Elementor and Elementor Pro Add-Ons. Unfortunately, that didn’t seem to work. Now it gives me an error saying the order could not be processed on the order-received page that I created. Is there an original order-received page, that I am missing somehow? As I said, I just manually created it, because it initially just didn’t exist and when you ordered you would get a 404 Error instead of an order-received page.

It sounds like the Order received endpoint at your store has either nothing, or something other than
order-receivedinput in it.Kindly test again after inserting
order-receivedin it, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise.Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference.

Could you confirm if the “kasse” page is the Checkout page?
Moreover, there is no need to do all these extra steps.
If you want a custom Thank you page after the order is complete, that is a separate process.
But if you like the default order-received page would work fine.Could you go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced and share a screenshot of the page?
Here is an example from my test site.

I already posted a screenshot of that before, but here it is again. Also, we now deleted the custom order-received page. The one I described in my most recent message is the default woocommerce order-received page. As I see it, the error still lies in the url not having my checkout slug for the order-received page, as I described.

This sounds like the permalinks need some attention.
Kindly have a look at the related documentation, on setting them up as required, if the chance to do so did not come up yet.

thanks for your reply. This is how my permalink setup looks like. I read the documentation you sent and for me everything seems fine and I don’t see any correlation to a missing checkout page slug in the order-received site url.

I tried it out today in an identical staging environment. Still does not fix the initial problem though
Just to be sure, identical in terms of being a copy of the live, or set up from scratch with a new/fresh installation?
Furthermore, the issue persists while additional plugins/functionality is also activated (like multilingual), or while only the WooCommerce plugin is active?
