What payment gateway do you use? Do you have any pending orders from the same user? We’ve received reports from other users suggesting that this issue often arises from a conflict in the custom code or plugin or due to a high volume of pending orders. Therefore, the first step to troubleshoot the issue is to conduct a conflict test. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

My clients dont get to confirm their orders but I get them in the backend.

As per the fatal error log, the PHPMailer function mail() is not defined in your environment. WooCommerce uses this function to send emails, and if it’s not available, it can cause the errors you’re seeing. You can contact your hosting provider or install a plugin like WP Mail SMTP by WPForms.
