Disabling Auto-Assignment

    Hello, I would like to ask how disable auto-assignment in Awesome Support plugin. Although I love the plugin, I think the auto-assignment doesn’t make any sense.

    I tried:

    • adding define( ‘WPAS_DISABLE_AUTO_ASSIGN’, true ); to functions.php
    • assigning a default staff *I understand that this is a fallback?option

    I’ll appreciate your help!

    Hi @tatianab19

    Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, there is no way to leave the assignee field empty when a user creates a ticket. A default assignee must always be designated.
