    Hi,
    I would like to guide me how to set when a user enter the website and try to book a car, to have the option at least 3 hours later to book in the same day. For example if a user enter the website and search for car and it’s 14.00 pm, at least the earlier option that will have for the same day will be 17.00 pm NOT earlier. I would like to do this because it happened recently, a user inside our workings hours booked a car for 5 minutes later.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your message. We understand what you’re looking for, but unfortunately there are no useful configuration settings to define a minimum advance booking notice expressed in hours, I’m sorry. The only useful configuration setting in this case allows to define a minimum notice period in days, in order for example to not accept same-day reservations.

    Alternatively, you can work on setting up the pick-up/drop-off locations and related opening times, but unless you define some advance notice days, the system will always accept rental orders as soon as the pick up date and time is not in the past according to your server time.
