    Hi Stephano!

    Last year we had a similar issue, after updating the newsletter plugin TNP. Now, when clicking on the red button “Get a free license” nothing happens. The script simply does not react and does nothing. Not sure what you did last time, but you fixed it. Seems like in the last update the bug was re-introduced. This is newest WordPress, latest TNP and latest Divi Page Builder theme.

    Latest Chrome browser.

    In the console I get red error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”

    I remember this exact issue we had in the past already. Not sure why this is coming up again.

    Hi, please, while we check the problem (see something related to the site cache – our side), use your account on https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com and use the license you get from your account page and set it on the Newsletter main settings. TNX.

    Not sure you understand. I am setting this up for clients as a free account.

    Your workaround does not work for me. I am still having this issue on all my new client installations.

    I cannot create a free license via email subscribe. I enter the email, I check the “Terms of Services” checkbox and click submit. Absolutely nothing happens. Cannot get license key.

    What should I do? This is so frustrating, because it really slows down my client installation routine tremdously. I cleared all possible caching. Still it does not work. I deactivate the plugin and reactivate. Nothing. Same issue over and over again.

    When will this finally get fixed?? If this wont be fixed I will have to switch all my new clients to a different plugin.
