    Hi!

    Now I have two domains for my WordPress, running in Network mode.

    I’ve added it as alias in my dns setting (it’s not the problem).

    When I open my second domen, WP says “there’s no such site seconddomen.firstdomen.com”.

    The only thing I need is to open main page with my second domen. Links can point to the first domen

    I’ve installed this plugin, but I cannot add a domain for site with ID=1 (main site), thought other IDs are working!

    How can I solve that problem? (without using any plugin that can be more useful!)

    You cannot change the domain/location of the “main” site. That one is fixed. Only sub-sites can be remapped.

    Can’t we use this plugin to point an alternative domain to our main site, or is it only for the sub-sites?

    I have a site at carberyplastics.com that’s my main site. We have carberyplastics.ie (and a couple other domains) and want that to point to the .com. I currently get the following for any domains that are just set via hosting to forward to the main domain:
    “Greetings Site Administrator! You are currently allowing “none” registrations. To change or disable registration go to your Options page.”

    I’m working on a couple of sites where this is relevant.

    Thanks.

    You could if it was a sub site.

    But you could also hide that message by doing this in the config file:

    define( ‘NOBLOGREDIRECT’, ‘https://yourdomain.com/’ );

    That did help. Thanks Andrea.
