Same One: Bulk Create: Affiliate Coupons

I submitted a ticket for this problem… getting close to about 24 hours ago and no answer. I thought upgrading to PRO would get me support! Can someone please address this problem before I will have to request refund and cancle. Here is the same questions:

I download the sample and for testing purposes slightly modify it. When I submit it comes back with what’s below no matter how I ulter or even use just the manual one it does the same thing.
