    Hi

    I just received an email to say that my “WooPayments Account Under Review”. There is very little information other than that, or what I need to do. There are error messages on my WooPayments plugin too.

    I have had WooPayments on my site for a long time so I have no idea why I would be receiving this now! Help please! This means I cannot accept any payments for my products and is really frustrating and unprofessional!

  • I have the exact same issue. I received an email last night saying my account was under review and the payment links/options in Checkout were removed about an hour after receiving the email. I’ve had WooPayments active for several months without issue.

    This is also concerning (aside from my website being unable to take payments) as I was also just about to pay $96 (yearly) for a premium WooCommerce plugin. It seems very harsh to disable payments on a website. Surely a review can be done without taking such severe action. I have two other websites with WooPayments installed so I share your concern…

    My account was reviewed and approved. I just had notification by email. Phew! Hope you find similar resolve!!
