Stripe fields not showing on the form

    Hello, we are trying your plugin.

    We successfully connected Stripe through Formidable Forms and created a form with the Stripe payment field.

    We placed the form using a shortcode on a blank page within the template. While the name of the Payment field appears, the fields to input the card information do not show up. We tried using both your Stripe template and a new form created from scratch with a payment method, but neither approach worked.

    Could you please help us?

    Hello, thank you for your response.

    I attempted to open a support ticket. After filling out the required fields and clicking the “Open Ticket” button, I encountered the following error message:

    “There was a problem with your submission. Errors are marked below. Form token is invalid. Please refresh the page.”

    I tried refreshing the page and even opened a new incognito window, but the same error message still appears.

    I am using the Lite version of the software. Could this be the cause of the error?

    Could you please assist me with this issue?
