So, removing and reinstalling the WP plugin appears to have resolved this ??

Re your response. WP Rocket on all my sites is set to default of 10 Hours.
Above CleanTalk settings there was a Curl timeout warning. The only way to resolve it was to remove and reinstall the plugin.
