    I take it this is using Vipps Checkout, and that you are on the latest version 2.1.2 ?

    Can you reproduce this at will? When it happens, does it happen on iPhones or Androids?

    Yes, all plugins are updated and so is wordpress. It happened on my iphone, and it happens every time. It startet happening last week.

    We have checked for the alternative vipps cart page. I have also regenerated Api keys… I have tried with an empty page as redirect page, but no success

    I cannot replicate this on my site. Could you create an unpublished 1-NOK virtual test product and send me the link to it, so that I can see it?

    Also, are you using Safari? And are you using iOS 17.5.1 ?

    The issue are not with your keys or anything like that. Somehow the order to be verified is lost; which would mean that the customers session somehow gets removed. I just need to replicate it on my own systems to find out why.

    Thank you, you can delete that product now. I’ll try to reproduce things on my own end.

    By the way, if you go back to chrome on iOs after paying, do you get the normal “thank you” page?

    I got the same page after paying via chrome on ios too. I have 17.5.1 on ios on iphone 15 pro max

    Yes, thanks to your report I found a bug that would trigger if the customers’ session got lost. It will do this for instance if you start the purchase on Chrome on iOS – you get returned to Safari, so the “current order” is missing. The bug was caused by a problematic merge between development versions.

    I’m releasing a version 2.1.3 right now, this *should* fix the issue.
